Orders will be processed within one business day and shipped by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or Media Mail (for books).
Ebook orders will be processed within 24 hours and you will get an email from the Box.net download service. This is a free system that will allow you to access and download the ebooks you purchase without having to mess with large email attachments. (You do not have to sign up with Box.net if you don't want to.)
No products will ship or be made available for download until payment is received. (Fair enough, right?)
You can make payments with credit cards through PayPal or Google Checkout. These are secure systems used by millions of people. Love Kingdom Ministries will not see or have access to your credit card or bank information. Your payment will be delivered to me from the credit card processor.
Money Orders: I also accept payment with U.S. Postal Service money orders. I can cash these at the post office and upon receipt of funds your products will be sent.
Due to the nature of its products, Love Kingdom Ministries does not offer merchandise refunds on books or ebooks. Exceptions to this rule will be mentioned within individual product listings.
Lost or damaged products will be replaced at no cost to you.
